Bryce 6+ contains HDRI lighting abilities as in this example below - there are no lights in this scene other than the HDRI “skydome”.

Want more? Daz3d are currently giving away a couple of Dystopia’s “city block” packages which as their name implies, are tiling blocks of city buildings that can be used in any arrangement you want, while these come in packages for Daz Studio/Poser they can be opened very easily in Bryce or other 3D software.
